Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Addiction Counseling, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in good standing required; CAP/MCAP preferred at hire.
• Two years of supervised therapy experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and familiarity with Miami-Dade County.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate adolescent outpatient Substance Abuse/Mental Health services.
• Conduct admissions and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Develop Wellness and Recovery Plans with the consumer.
• Provide individual and family therapy; supervise program staff.
• Document services per licensing, Medicaid, Joint Commission standards, and agency policy.
• Discharge planning and monthly progress reports as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and linkage for ancillary services.
