Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Addiction Counseling, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or related field
• Must have Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in good standing
• CAP/MCAP certification preferred
• Two years of supervised clinical experience in individual/family therapy
• Bilingual is preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct admissions and biopsychosocial assessments for adolescents.
• Develop Wellness and Recovery Plans with consumers.
• Write monthly progress reports for courts, probation, and institutions.
• Provide in-home/on-site individual and group therapy as needed.
• Ensure documentation complies with licensing, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards.
• Provide staff development and supervision under Clinical Director.
