Job summary

WestCare Foundation in Pembroke Pines, FL seeks a Clinical Supervisor to plan and coordinate Substance Abuse/Mental Health services in residential treatment. You will conduct assessments, provide individual and family therapy, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires a graduate degree with LCSW/LMHC/LMFT licensure and at least two years of supervised therapy experience. Bilingual skills are preferred and you will maintain compliance with CARF standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervised work experience providing individual/family therapy.
• Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Bilingual ability preferred at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate clinical activities for residential programs.
• Coordinate treatment services for consumers and their families with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Review case notes and weeklies for active cases and contribute to weekly Case Review Supervision meetings.
• Conduct weekly 60–90 minute staff supervision sessions with each staff member.
• Plan and facilitate wellness groups and therapeutic activities focused on recovery and coping skills.
• Deliver and supervise psychoeducational groups addressing relapse prevention and mindfulness.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with licensing, Medicaid, and CARF standards.
