Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) seeks a Masters Level Therapist to join our Lewisburg Residential Treatment Facility. This in-person, full-time clinician role provides trauma-informed, evidence-based care to adolescents in a structured residential setting, with opportunities for supervision and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum three years in child/adolescent behavioral health or equivalent setting.
• Eligible for PA licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT within scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide diagnostic impressions.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Communicate updates to treatment teams and families.
• Support safety and therapeutic environment of the residential program.
• Attend staff meetings and ongoing training.
