Responsibilities

• Satisfactorily completes all duties/responsibilities of the Residential Care Specialist Supervisor job description as needed.
• Daily operations: manage daily operations, ensure staffing coverage and unit programming; coordinate schedules and briefings.
• Staff leadership: supervise Supervisors and Direct Care Specialists; mentor, evaluate, and promote professional development.
• Youth treatment support: implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions; coordinate activities and participate in treatment team meetings.
• Incident management: respond to crises; review incidents; conduct post-incident debriefings; monitor restraint reduction efforts.
• Quality assurance: conduct unit audits, ensure policy compliance, report performance metrics.
• Collaboration: coordinate with clinical services, nursing, education, recreation, dietary, and case management.
