Job summary

Havenwyck Hospital in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks a Program Manager to lead the Residential Care Services. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure the delivery of individualized treatment plans for adolescent males within the Residential Treatment Center.

You will collaborate withClinical Services, Nursing, Education, Recreation and Case Management to maintain program quality, safety, and effective transitions from admission to discharge.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/GED is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in a child care, residential, or inpatient setting is preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of work experience in a youth-focused residential environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential units and ensure staffing coverage.
• Supervise Residential Supervisors and Direct Care staff; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Ensure implementation of individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions.
• Coordinate youth activities, education, recreation, and life-skills programming.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and admissions/discharges.
• Monitor safety procedures, incident documentation and post-incident debriefings.
