Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business, Social Work, Counseling or Psychology.
• 1–3 years of work-related experience required.
• Leadership experience in a behavioral health hospital or related setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance agencies.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to present information to management and licensing agencies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and promote Quality of Care.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in developing and executing the Hospital’s strategic plan and drive OKR improvements.
• Represent the facility at community meetings and events with a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Oversee program development to enhance behavioral health services and hospital growth.
• Use technology to improve quality and service delivery.
• Address deficiencies identified through Performance Improvement analyses with solution-focused actions.
• Foster internal communications via Town Halls and leadership meetings and mandatory trainings.
• Temporarily oversee departments during leadership vacancies and assume corresponding duties.
• Support Trauma Informed Care initiatives and ensure dignity and confidentiality for patients and staff.
