Job summary

Community and Family Resources in Fort Dodge is seeking a Treatment Specialist to join our multi-disciplinary team providing substance use recovery skills to teens aged 12 to 17 in our Adolescent Residential program.

You will support clients through assessments, orientation, monitoring, and transportation, with some light duties and weekends/holidays as scheduled. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with completion of assessment forms and documentation.
• Orient clients to program services.
• Provide oversight and monitoring of clients' whereabouts and behaviors.
• Offer clients feedback and support.
• Report client issues to staff.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Assist with rounds of the facility.
• Assist with follow up surveys and data entry.

Education

High school diploma or GED
