Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Rockville, MD is seeking skilled therapists to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents and families.

You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to achieve measurable outcomes in a compassionate, evidence-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland licensure or eligibility: LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT (Assoc/Provisional) or LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT (Fully Licensed).
• 1+ year of clinical experience in outpatient, IOP, or PHP settings.
• Willingness to obtain CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.

Location: 1445 Research Boulevard Suite 100 Rockville, Maryland(On-site)Compensation:

• Associate/Provisional License: $65,000 - $75,000 a year (DOE)
• Fully Licensed Clinicians: $75,000 - $80,000 a year (DOE)

Schedule: (Full-time)

• M-F : 3 days/week 8AM - 5PM, 2 days/week 11AM - 7PM

• Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following:
  • LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT(Associate/Provisional)
  • LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT(Fully Licensed)

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of clinical experience in an outpatient, IOP, or PHP setting.
• Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
• Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families.
• Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments.
• Willingness to obtain aCAQH profileandNPIduring onboarding.
