Job summary

Oakwood Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate Supervisor to guide a multidisciplinary team serving adolescents with behavioral health challenges. You will provide direct care and lead staff toward personal growth and recovery goals, while ensuring program standards and safety across residences.

The role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with treatment teams, coordinate schedules, and supervise on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Residential behavioral health experience desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct staff personnel actions including appraisals, disciplinary actions, and hiring recommendations.
• Participate in Treatment Team meetings as requested.
• Ensure standards and regulations are met across residences.
• Monitor shifts and ensure training and activity schedules are followed.
• Review shift reports daily and address deficiencies noted by audits.
