Job summary

Rite of Passage's Southern California Treatment Program in Torrance and San Pedro, CA is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor to oversee two short-term residential programs and ensure coordinated mental health services for residents.

You will work with Administrators and Direct Care Staff to implement a consistent approach, assess needs, and supervise clinical staff including contracted psychiatrists and specialists.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LCSW, LMFT or LPC.
• Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a residential setting.
• Ability to supervise technically and clinically per Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations for two short-term residential programs.
• Collaborate with program Administrators and Direct Care Staff to ensure consistent, coordinated care.
• Assess resident mental health needs and supervise the clinical team, including psychiatrists and contracted specialists.
