Job summary

Oasis Behavioral Health in Chandler, AZ seeks an experienced RN Nurse Manager for Adolescent Residential Treatment. You will lead a multidisciplinary team serving ages 11–17, ensuring safe, age-appropriate clinical care and a positive patient experience.

The role requires an active RN license in Arizona, BSN preferred, and at least two years in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity within behavioral health.

Qualifications

• BSN strongly preferred and current AZ RN license.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/charge nurse experience in behavioral health.
• Strong leadership, communication and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise nursing operations for adolescent residential units.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, train and mentor nursing staff; manage staffing and budgets.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality care for ages 11–17.
• Develop policies and reports to inform management and improve programs.
