Qualifications
- BSN or higher required or strongly preferred.
- Current RN license in the state where the facility operates is required.
- Minimum two years of RN experience in a related setting preferred; three years preferred.
- Experience as house supervisor or charge RN is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations for assigned units with a focus on safety and quality.
- Lead and develop nursing staff, manage scheduling, staffing, and budget considerations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align care with treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and nursing standards.
- Provide direct care as needed and support patient safety initiatives.
