• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for out-of-home behavioral health care.
• Identify clinically appropriate residential treatment providers to meet member goals.
• Manage referral workflow, including distribution, responses, and documentation.
