Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support the Behavioral Health Child/Adolescent Utilization Management team. You will coordinate residential treatment admissions, liaise with providers, and ensure timely access to appropriate care across multiple levels of residential services.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with care management, utilization management, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with behavioral health system operations or provider networks.
• Proficiency in Excel and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for out-of-home behavioral health services.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential providers to meet treatment goals.
• Manage referral processes, track responses, and maintain accurate documentation of facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners to ensure timely submission of clinical information for facility reviews.
