Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead who combines deep knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem with a proven ability to originate, grow, and deliver transformation programs for clients.

You will build and manage the delivery of technology transformation projects, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee timelines, costs, quality, and risk across engagements. The role requires travel up to 80% for client work and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10-12 years of experience selling and delivering Adobe cross‑platform implementation.
• Expertise in at least 2–3 Adobe specialties: AJO, AEM, GenStudio, Workfront, RT CDP.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex programs in tech, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail.
• Track record of originating, shaping, and closing consulting and platform transformation opportunities.
• Strong people leadership with mentoring and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Own program/project management and objectives.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing.
• Lead complex implementations with scalable integrations leveraging APIs and best-practice architectures.
• Own delivery excellence across estimation, governance, deployment, and value realization.
• Advise executives on AI-powered transformation and future-state marketing capabilities.
• Travel up to 80% to support client engagements and team leadership.
