Job summary

EY seeks an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead to drive Adobe-driven transformations and revenue growth across marketing and customer experience initiatives. This senior role blends business development, executive relations, solution architecture, and program delivery within a global EY team.

You will oversee delivery of technology transformation programs, manage timelines and budgets, and guide cross-functional teams to create measurable business value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• No less than 10-12 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross-platform implementation.
• Expertise in at least 2-3 of the listed specialties: Adobe AJO, AEM, GenStudio, Workfront, RT CDP.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail industries.
• Track record of originating, shaping, and closing consulting and platform transformation opportunities.
• Strong people leader with experience building teams and mentoring talent.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and objective attainment.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities as executive lead for key pursuits.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing capabilities.
• Lead complex implementations with scalable, cross-platform integrations leveraging APIs and best-practice architectures.
• Own delivery excellence across estimation, governance, deployment, and value realization with high-performing teams.
• Advise executives on AI-powered transformation and future-state marketing capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% for client engagements and team leadership.
