Job summary

EY is seeking a highly skilled Adobe AEM Architect - Manager to lead design, development and implementation of AEM solutions that enhance digital experiences for clients. You will guide cross‑functional teams, mentor junior members, and drive best practices in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes architecture excellence, cloud-aware delivery, and integration with Adobe Marketing Cloud while maintaining scalability, security, and performance across engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager architecture and development, including AEMaaCS and EDS.
• Proficient in Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, RESTful services) and software patterns.
• Experience with decoupled architectures and Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of Adobe Experience Cloud implementations and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design reusable templates, components, and services.
• Drive adoption of modern UI frameworks on the Adobe platform and ensure security and performance.
• Oversee platform integration with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target; promote CI/CD with QA and DevOps.
• Establish coding standards and mentor junior developers to foster learning.
