Job summary

Accenture is seeking a solutions-minded architect to lead the design and delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud-based customer engagement solutions, bridging technology and business strategy from CTO discussions to sprint reviews.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define governance, drive scalable engagement ecosystems, and deliver seamless omnichannel experiences, leveraging 6+ years in Experience Cloud with relevant certifications. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
• Minimum of 5 years leading architecture workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Minimum of 4 years working with distributed delivery teams on large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Adobe certification in AJO and AEP preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; An Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Serves as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.
