Job summary

Accenture is seeking a solutions-minded architect to bridge technology and business strategy, with deep hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform. You will craft scalable customer engagement ecosystems and governance frameworks that feel seamless across channels.

You will lead architecture workshops, collaborate with delivery teams, and guide enterprise-scale Adobe implementations while aligning with client objectives and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
• 5+ years leading architecture workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• 4+ years working with distributed delivery teams on large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Adobe certification in AJO and AEP preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Serves as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.
