Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion and CJA to deliver customer insights and optimize marketing strategies.

The role emphasizes data analytics, visualization, and client-facing leadership, with opportunities to mentor others and influence project outcomes. Hybrid work with some travel is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong data visualization capabilities.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience.
• Willingness to travel; valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and define scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across channels.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in analytics.
