Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise MarTech architecture.
• Strong expertise with Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer.
• Experience with RTCDP, XDM schemas, and identity resolution.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead AEP/AJO solutions for enterprise deployments.
• Design data models, governance, and real-time decisioning strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive activation and personalization across channels.
