Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is seeking a hands-on AEP Architect to design, implement, and scale our enterprise CDP ecosystem using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer. This role combines architectural leadership with practical implementation across data ingestion, identity resolution, and journey orchestration.

You will work closely with engineering, data, and marketing teams to deliver scalable AEP solutions and ensure seamless integration with CRM, DMPs, ESPs, and data warehouses,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (Real-Time CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer in production environments.
• Strong expertise in XDM schema design, identity resolution, identity graphs, audience segmentation, and profile management.
• Proven experience with AEP data ingestion, Source Connectors, Streaming and Batch Ingestion APIs, and Web/Mobile SDKs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, ETL/ELT, API integrations, event-driven architecture, and pub/sub patterns.
• Experience integrating AEP with CRM systems, CDPs, DMPs, ESPs, advertising platforms, and data warehouses/lakehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Proficiency in JSON, JavaScript, SQL, and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, consent management, and DULE implementation within AEP.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP data pipelines and integrations.

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Architect to design, implement, and scale our enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP) ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Real-Time CDP architecture, XDM schema design, identity resolution, audience segmentation, data ingestion, and customer journey orchestration. This role requires both architectural leadership and hands-on implementation, working closely with engineering, data, and marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions and integrate AEP with the broader enterprise data and MarTech ecosystem.

Required Skills and Experience

• Adobe certification in AEP Architecture, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform APIs and Adobe I/O.
• Familiarity with Composable CDP and Federated Audience Composition.
• Background in customer data strategy, Master Data Management (MDM), or identity resolution platforms such as Treasure Data, Segment, mParticle, or Tealium.
