Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AEM/AEP Architect with 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The ideal candidate will lead the architecture and integration of Adobe-based digital experience, customer data, personalization, and content management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-level AEM and AEP architecture.
• Architect scalable digital experience and customer data solutions using Adobe technologies.
• Lead AEM implementations, integrations, content models, workflows, and headless solutions.
• Design AEP solutions covering XDM, Real-Time CDP, Identity Service, Profile Service, segmentation, and data ingestion.
• Integrate AEM and AEP with CRM, APIs, data warehouses, and enterprise applications.
• Work with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Analytics.
• Define data flows, integration patterns, architecture diagrams, and technical standards.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, data engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Review technical designs and ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into Adobe-based solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software, solution, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with AEM and AEP.
• Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, OSGi, Sling, and REST APIs.
• Strong AEP experience with XDM, Real-Time CDP, Identity Service, Profile Service, Segmentation, and data ingestion.
• Experience with AJO, CJA, and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Java, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Adobe Web SDK / Alloy.js is preferred.
• Experience integrating Adobe solutions with CRM, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP experience is a plus.
• Strong architecture, communication, stakeholder-management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred

• Adobe certifications in AEM, AEP, or Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Experience designing large-scale customer experience and personalization platforms.
• Experience leading architecture discussions and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and CI/CD.
