Job summary

Astir IT Solutions, Inc. seeks a Program Architect – ADMS in Dallas, TX, Hybrid: 3 days onsite.

You will lead the end-to-end architecture for a large ADMS program, aligning enterprise standards, governance, and complex system integrations across OMS, DMS, SCADA, GIS, AMI, and DERMS. The role requires 8–10+ years of architecture leadership, strong communication with executives and delivery teams, and hands-on guidance across IT/OT environments to ensure secure, scalable, and production-ready

Qualifications

8–10+ years of experience in architecture, engineering or senior technical leadership.
Proven leadership of architecture for large multi-project programs.
Experience as Solution/Program Architect with delivery accountability.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end architecture for the assigned program and define target state and integration strategy.
Ensure architectural consistency across projects and governance artifacts.
Lead architecture reviews and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
Define guardrails to keep solutions scalable, maintainable, and production-ready.
Coordinate with Enterprise Architects to align with standards and security.
Drive collaboration across architecture teams and prevent fragmentation.
