Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute seeks an Admixture Tech II Float to support multiple clinics in Florida. You will handle sterile and non-sterile admixtures, ensure accurate dosing, and maintain strict aseptic practices under supervision.

The role requires IV admixture experience, thorough safety protocol knowledge, and strong collaboration with physicians, nurses and procurement. Significant travel (75–100%) is expected to meet clinical needs.

Qualifications

• IV sterile admixture experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders for accuracy and dosing.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile medications as ordered.
• Perform proper donning/doffing of PPE for aseptic preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of temperatures, inventories and logs.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy Operations and Procurement to ensure timely drug availability.
