Qualifications

• Previous acute care hospital or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview patient to obtain demographic and insurance information.
• Complete the Admitting packets with forms for the department.
• Obtain signatures on registration forms and scan forms.
• Perform insurance verification and data validation.
• Break down charts for departments.
• Coordinate with HIS, RBO, and Case Management.
• Assist in training new personnel and cross-train in PBX.
