Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in medical settings. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Admitting/Discharge supervisory experience in a hospital or physician office setting.
• Experience with scheduling, referrals, and patient access operations.
• Prior experience in a salaried (FLSA-exempt) leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Admitting, Discharge, Referrals, Authorizations, and Scheduling.
• Manage and support Admitting/Discharge Supervisors and staff.
• Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and quality assurance practices.
