These on-site roles in Turlock start on or after November 25, 2026 and end no later than May 21, 2027, with potential reappointment based on budget and performance.

The duties include handling mail, directing calls, updating applicant records in PeopleSoft, and assisting with document processing.

Formación

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

Responsabilidades

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
• Answer and appropriately route telephone calls and respond to general inquiries.
• File, image, index, and maintain departmental documents and records.
• Deliver documents and materials to other campus offices, as appropriate.
• Update and maintain applicant records in PeopleSoft, ensuring information is entered accurately and timely.
• Assist with the organization and processing of applicant and departmental records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
