University of West Florida seeks an administrative professional to support the Transfer Articulation team and Freshman Processing. You will coordinate application processing, serve as a primary liaison for designated undergraduate programs, and provide high-level student support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include data entry for transcripts/test scores, residency assistance, and managing admissions communications. Strong communication and knowledge of FERPA are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area or high school diploma with 2 years of admin/office experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Florida DOE rules, Florida Statutes, and FERPA is required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison for undergraduate programs and department partnerships.
• Perform high-volume data entry for transcripts and test scores.
• Assist residency, student support, and manage admissions emails/inboxes.
