Qualifications

• Previous admitting experience or physician office experience.
• CHAA or CPAR on hire.
• Able to write and communicate on a high school level.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of admission personnel in assigned areas. Acts as support/consultant personnel to decentralized admission areas with and under direction of Admitting Manager.
• Provides leadership through facilitating BMH visions/values through personal example and interaction with staff.
• Maintains budget and identifies opportunities for cost reduction, enhance profitability and optimal resource utilization.
• Demonstrates Service First characteristics to all. Sets example for department and other hospital personnel.
• Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed without complaint.
