Billy Beez in Middletown, NY is seeking an Admissions Supervisor to lead the admission procedures and customer service at our indoor play park. You will act as Head Cashier, supervise staff, and ensure accurate registrations, security checks, and smooth daily operations.

Responsabilidades

• Admission Procedure: Execute and supervise the park's admission process from customer registration through transactional accuracy and gate security.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, prices, packages and offers.
• Drive daily and weekly sales performance to meet targets.
• Enforce Brand Standard Entry/Exit gate procedures and ensure security.
• Handle cash processes: banking, shift changes, cashing up, end-of-day procedures.
• Monitor front desk interactions to ensure professional, high-standard customer service.
• Ensure actions comply with SOPs and Employee Handbook.
• Deliver consistent guest experiences through cleanliness, safety, and policy adherence.
• Lead the team, evaluate knowledge, and educate staff on policies and procedures.
• Direct reports include cashiers and gate attendants.

As Admission Supervisor, you will be functioning as Head Cashier and be responsible for effectively executing and supervising the Admission Procedure and Customer Service aspect of the park - in line with our Mission Statement,

Safe, Secure, Clean and Fun environment for All Ages

Key responsibilities:

• Admission Procedure: Executing and supervising the Brand’s Admission procedure from customer registration through transactional accuracy to gate security.
• Product: Up to date knowledge on new Products, Prices, Packages and Offers
• Sales Performance: delivery of Daily and Weekly sales goals
• Gate Security: enforcement of Brand Standard Entry and Exit gate procedures
• Cash Handling: Banking, Shift change, Cashing up, End of Day procedure
• Customer Service: Monitoring front desk interactions and ensuring that guests experience professional and high standard customer service in all situations.
• Operational Compliance: Ensuring that all actions and decisions are in compliance with Billy Beez’s Standard Operating Procedure, Employee Handbook and Mission Statement.
• Guest Experience: Delivering consistent and brand standard customer experience through correct execution of the Brand’s cleanliness, security, and safety related programs, procedures and policies.
• Team Leadership: Evaluates team members’ knowledge, educates them on work related policies and procedures
• Direct Reports: Direct department responsibilities over the Cashiers and Gate Attendants.
