Job summary

Billy Beez, a 25,000 sq ft indoor play park, is seeking an Admissions Supervisor for the Mall at Bay Plaza in Bronx, NY. You will function as Head Cashier and oversee the admission procedure and customer service to uphold our mission of safety and fun.

The role focuses on supervising procedures, managing cash, training staff, and delivering guests a high-standard experience at front desk. Open recruitment with weekend/holiday availability; walk-ins welcome.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise the park's Admission procedure from registration to gate security.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, prices, packages and offers.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
• Enforce brand standard entry/exit procedures.
• Oversee cash handling: banking, shift changes, end-of-day.
• Ensure professional, high-standard customer service at front desk.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, employee handbook, and mission.
• Deliver consistent guest experience through cleanliness, security, safety programs.
• Lead the team and develop knowledge of policies.
• Direct reports: cashiers and gate attendants.

Salary Range: Up to $17.50 Hourly

As Admission Supervisor, you will be functioning as Head Cashier and be responsible for effectively executing and supervising the Admission Procedure and Customer Service aspect of the park - in line with our Mission Statement,

Key responsibilities:

• Admission Procedure: Executing and supervising the Brand’s Admission procedure from customer registration through transactional accuracy to gate security.
• Product: Up to date knowledge on new Products, Prices, Packages and Offers
• Sales Performance: delivery of Daily and Weekly sales goals
• Gate Security: enforcement of Brand Standard Entry and Exit gate procedures
• Cash Handling: Banking, Shift change, Cashing up, End of Day procedure
• Customer Service: Monitoring front desk interactions and ensuring that guests experience professional and high standard customer service in all situations.
• Operational Compliance: Ensuring that all actions and decisions are in compliance with Billy Beez’s Standard Operating Procedure, Employee Handbook and Mission Statement.
• Guest Experience: Delivering consistent and brand standard customer experience through correct execution of the Brand’s cleanliness, security, and safety related programs, procedures and policies.
• Team Leadership: Evaluates team members’ knowledge, educates them on work related policies and procedures
• Direct Reports: Direct department responsibilities over the Cashiers and Gate Attendants.
