The College of Southern Maryland seeks an Admissions Specialist I to serve as the voice of the college for prospective and current students in the tri-county area, primarily via phone and email. You will run reports in the CRM, assist with events, and provide campus tours as needed.

Under supervision, you will support residency processing, data changes, and outreach, helping students navigate from application to enrollment with a consultative approach.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years full-time admissions experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software and producing reports.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exemplary customer service and basic advisement to students at all stages of enrollment via phone, email, in-person, and other channels.
• Maintain relationships with prospective students, educating them on programs and admissions requirements, guiding from application to enrollment.
• Represent the college at recruitment events and provide campus tours/visits as needed.
