South University is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit qualified applicants for admission in alignment with accreditation standards. This role handles high-volume inquiries, schedules interviews, and coordinates with Student Support Services to ensure successful matriculation.

Strong communication, organization, and ethics are essential. You will participate in open houses, campus events, and employer partnerships to build relationships with prospective students and families.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and one year of successful admissions or sales experience, OR associate's degree and three years of successful admissions or sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately explain educational programs, outcomes, student services, and financial considerations to students, parents, and educators.
• Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and meet weekly performance goals; use approved recruitment policies; redirect unqualified candidates.
• Secure new inquiries by directly asking for referrals of others who may be interested.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment, and assess compatibility with career goals.
• Forecast projected new students for admissions leadership.
• Conduct follow-up meetings with all applicants to ensure successful matriculation.
• Participate in recruitment activities, open houses, regional presentations, orientation programs, and employer partnerships.
