Job summary

South University is seeking an Admissions Representative in Savannah, GA to recruit qualified applicants for admission in accordance with accreditation and institutional policies. You will handle a high volume of prospective phone contacts, secure appointments, and coordinate interviews with applicants and educators.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field (or equivalent experience), strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with admissions or sales experience or an associate’s degree with three years of admissions or sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational and problem-resolution abilities; ethical and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Explain educational programs, outcomes, services, and financial considerations to students and parents.
• Manage inquiries and referrals, meeting weekly goals and redirecting unqualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews; assess candidate enrollment suitability.
• Forecast new students for admissions leadership and maintain monthly follow-ups.
• Support other departments with data collection and problem solving; participate in events.
