The LEGO Group is seeking an admissions leader to guide the guest experience at our parks, with Merlin Entertainments facilitating recruitment. The role typically involves a 5-day, 40-hour week, with weekend and holiday availability to keep lines moving and energy high.
You will train and motivate staff, drive upselling initiatives, and partner with supervisors to ensure a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families while delivering memorable experiences for LEGO fans.
The ideal candidate is open to a flexible schedule, typically works a 5 day, 40hr week and is available to work weekends and holidays as well. This is what we do every day.
