Job summary

Merlin Entertainments in Kansas City is seeking a dynamic admissions leader to guide our front‑of‑house team, creating welcoming first impressions for guests and driving upsell opportunities.

You’ll motivate staff, keep lines moving with high energy, train teammates, and help maintain a safe, family‑friendly environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with clear pathways to leadership within our global team.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people.
• Able to stay calm in busy situations.
• Experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions.
• Willing to grow into leadership and able to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead admissions team and model great first impressions for guests.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the admissions team in creating and modeling awesome first impressions for all guests
• Drive and monitor upselling opportunities
• Motivate admissions team and celebrate success through incentive-based performance and guest satisfaction
• Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
• Help train and motivate team members
• Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
• Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day
