Job summary

Merlin is seeking a Custodian for LEGOLAND Discovery Center Arizona in Tempe. You will maintain cleanliness and safety while supporting opening/closing routines and coordinating with the technical team.

The role requires a friendly, energetic personality, good communication, and a willingness to work early shifts before guests arrive. Join a team dedicated to magical guest experiences and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of cleaning experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bring a fun, dynamic, friendly personality that lights up the attraction.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivation skills to keep the team and guests smiling.

• Work hands‑on in a dynamic attraction, operating custodial tools and equipment with confidence and care.
• Support the show! Assist with opening/closing routines and jump in with the technical team when needed.
• Spot and report maintenance needs before they become plot twists.
