Qualifications

• MA RN License (or eligible to receive/renew).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health including assessment and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions to each unit of the hospital.
• Complete documentation and assessment of admissions to the hospital.
• Educate floor staff on admissions documentation and procedures.
• Perform audits of active patient medical records and MARs.
• Assist DON and Education department with staff education on units.
