Job summary

Fuller Hospital in Attleboro, MA is seeking an Admissions Nurse (RN) to oversee admissions for each unit and complete detailed assessments. You will educate on admissions procedures and help ensure accurate charting and medication record audits.

The role requires MA RN licensure (or eligibility) with at least 2 years in behavioral health. This is a day shift, full-time position with opportunities for professional growth within UHS.

Qualifications

• MA RN License is required or eligible for licensure in MA.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, including assessment and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions to each unit of the hospital.

• Educate floor staff on the proper documentation/procedure of completing admissions.

Admissions Nurse (RN) Opportunity

Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.

This is a full time, day shift, 40 hour per week position working Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions to each unit of the hospital
• Complete documentation and assessment of admissions to the hospital
