Job summary

Fuller Hospital is seeking an Admissions Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm) in South Attleboro, MA. You will oversee admissions, complete assessments, and educate staff on admission procedures while supporting quality care in a private psychiatric setting.

Ideal candidates hold MA RN licensure with at least 2 years in behavioral health, including assessment and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• RN license in Massachusetts or eligible for renewal.
• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience including assessment and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions to each hospital unit.
• Complete documentation and assessment of admissions.
• Educate floor staff on admissions procedures.
• Perform audits of active patient medical records and MARs.
• Assist DON and Education department with staff education.
