Job summary

Fuller Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Admissions role on the day shift in South Attleboro, MA. You will oversee admissions to each unit and ensure accurate documentation and assessments are completed for all new admits.

The position requires MA RN licensure and at least 2 years in behavioral health, including assessment and treatment planning. You will educate staff on admissions processes and participate in audits and staff education initiatives.

Qualifications

• MA RN License is required (or eligible to receive/renew).
• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience including assessment and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions to each unit of Fuller Hospital.
• Complete documentation and assessment of admissions to the hospital.
• Educate floor staff on the proper documentation/procedure of completing admissions.
• Perform audits of active patient medical records and Medication Administration Records.
• Assist DON and Education department with educating staff on the units.
