The Admissions Representative is responsible for all recruiting functions and for promoting NUC University as a school of choice to interested candidates. Additionally, the Representative generates prospective inquiries by attending various events and ensuring candidates are properly informed about courses and choices.
Minimum Requirements
- Available to start on Monday, June 16th.
- Completed Associate's degree or higher is required.
- Experience working in a metrics-driven or customer service environment.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to new and rapidly changing situations.
- Ability to work extended hours (which will include evenings and weekends), in order to meet business objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Interview prospective students to determine interest in attending FTC.
- Use phone to contact prospective students. Make at least 100 phone calls per day.
- Use multiple technologies to communicate with prospective students.
- Determine if the prospective student has the desire and qualifications to attend FTC.
- Meet or exceed the company’s conversion standards for Admissions.
- Organize and manage assigned leads generated through multiple sources.
- Communicate all details related to the particular program of interest to prospective students.
- Keep accurate records of calls made, interviews conducted, and enrollments generated.
- Recommend qualified prospective students for admission into FTC.
- Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the enrollment process.
- Request, track, and accurately document receipt of high school diploma and GED transcripts
- Work with Registrar to determine if prospective student has the qualifications to attend.
