Now Hiring: Admissions Sales Representative (100% Commission)

Location: Remote

Company: Altruistic Academy – Beauty & Medical Aesthetics School

Compensation: 8% Commission on All Tuition Sales

Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Are you confident, people-savvy, and passionate about helping others succeed in the beauty and wellness industry?

Altruistic Academy is seeking a motivated and persuasive Admissions Sales Representative to help guide prospective students into life-changing beauty, wellness, and medical training programs. You’ll be the first point of contact and play a key role in scheduling tours, following up, and closing enrollments — all from the comfort of your home.

Your Mission:

Respond to leads from our website, email, and social media.

Build rapport and educate prospects about our programs.

Schedule in-person tours with our on-site admin team.

Follow up after the tour to answer questions and close enrollment.

Guide students through the registration and payment process.

What You Earn

5% Commission on All Paid Tuition

Example: $10,000 tuition = $500 commission
