Responsibilities

• Admissions Processing: Process applications and transition admitted students to matriculation using U-M admissions/CRM systems; maintain workflows, data, and communications for programs; run admissions reports; ensure application completeness.
• Recruitment & Prospective Student Support: Respond to inquiries; advise students; maintain outreach lists; support Salesforce recruitment communications.
• Events Coordination: Support virtual and in-person recruitment events; co-lead planning of major recruitment events; manage event information in Salesforce and SPH site.
