Cabarrus College of Health Sciences is seeking an Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator to manage outreach, recruitment and enrollment for all academic programs. You will be the initial contact for parents, students and counselors, and coordinate programs and events to increase enrollment.

Under supervision of the director, you will travel to high schools and events, develop content strategies, and collaborate with marketing and financial aid teams to ensure a smooth applicant journey.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of the admission and enrollment process.
• Ability to lead projects and meetings and foster collaboration.
• CRM systems knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent writing, editing and creative skills.
• Able to manage volunteers, students and other professionals.
• Proven success with event planning and coordination.
