Cabarrus College of Health Sciences is seeking a full-time Coordinator of Admissions and Recruitment to serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, parents and counselors. You will analyze requests, cultivate prospects, and guide applicants through admissions procedures while coordinating events and recruitment strategies to increase enrollment across all programs.

Under supervision of the director, you will work with financial aid and other offices to ensure smooth transitions

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of the admission and enrollment process.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with events planning and CRM systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Actively recruits qualified and diverse students for enrollment in the academic programs.
• Serves as the main information and enrollment contact for assigned programs.
• Extensively travels to high schools, college fairs and other recruitment events.
• Develops content strategies to raise exposure for assigned programs.
• Manages admissions materials and prospective student records.
• Provides admissions presentations during campus tours and events.
• Collaborates with marketing and other offices to plan recruitment activities.
