• 2 years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application review process for designated program(s) and back-up other programs as assigned.
• Review applications for admission with emphasis on quality and potential fraud using professional judgment and indicators of success.
• Ensure applications are complete and evaluated following established rubrics; follow up with applicants and recommenders as needed.
• Coordinate with program committee to render timely admission decisions within communicated timeframes.
• Communicate with applicants regarding missing materials via email and phone.
• Assist in ensuring system data reflects accurate decision information and aid troubleshooting as needed.
• Lead admissions pipeline meetings and provide insights on applicant quality.
• Support collaboration with Recruitment and Advising teams to ensure a seamless transition to enrollment.
• Analyze admissions data to identify trends and inform enrollment strategies.
