Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of admissions, recruitment, or related student-services experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Strong writing, communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; strong presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of campus visit experiences including information sessions, tours, and events.
• Oversee the Welcome Center, student ambassadors, and customer-service operations for prospective students.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, application review processes, and enrollment planning with faculty and departments.
• Represent Teachers College at recruitment fairs, conferences, and outreach events.
